SICKLE CELL STROLL
The Sickle Cell Association invites you to the 6th Annual SICKLE CELL STROLL on Saturday, September 9, 2017, on the campus of Washington University School of Medicine, just south of Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

TIME: Registration/Check In begins at 9:00 A.M.and Walk begins at 11 A.M.
Sickle Cell Stroll 2017 is a walk to raise awareness of sickle cell disease. It is an event designed to celebrate the lives of those with sickle cell disease and to educate the community about the disease. Whether you have sickle cell, know someone who does or would like to show your support, come stroll with us! Get involved in the Stroll by:
*Showing your team spirit! Organize a team of friends, family or co-workers.
*Show your financial support! Give a monetary donation or become a sponsor to help further the efforts of Sickle Cell Association in raising awareness of sickle cell in the community
*Spread the word! September is Sickle Cell Awareness Month. The Sickle Cell Stroll is a great way to get educated, get tested for the trait and join the bone marrow registry to save a life.
Everyone is encouraged to wear the 2017 Stroll T-shirt this year to help show Strength Against Sickle Cell Disease!

Calling All Teams: Represent your team with your own look. Create a team and compete for best poster, the most funds raised and best team spirit/pride. Please note that everyone is encouraged to wear the 2017 Stroll t-shirt this year to support the theme Together Against Sickle Cell Disease!
Registration open to the public.
Register with a $20 donation ($10 for children) to reserve your Stroll t-shirt. T-shirts will be available in advance of Stroll for an opportunity to personalize it.
Register By Mail: Mail registration and donation should be mailed by August 26, 2017.
Register at the Stroll: Registration will be available at the event; however t-shirts are available only while supplies last.
